The difference between needle-punched non-woven fabric and ordinary non-woven fabric
1. Needle-punched non-woven fabric and spunless non-woven fabric belong to non-woven fabric (also known as woven fabric), which are two dry/mechanical reinforcement non-woven fabrics. Among them, as the name suggests, the biggest difference between the two processes is that the first reinforcement is mechanical needle reinforcement and the other is mechanical high-pressure water needle reinforcement. Differences in the process directly make finished products differ in function and application.
2. The production weight of needle-punched non-woven fabric is generally higher than that of spunless non-woven fabric. The raw material of spunless non-woven fabric is more expensive, the fabric surface is finer, and the production process is cleaner than acupuncture. It is widely used in healthcare/hygiene/beauty. Acupuncture raw materials are more extensive than spunlace, and there are many varieties, such as filter material/felt material/geotextile, etc.
3. Differences between Acupuncture and Spunless: Acupuncture is generally thicker, the gram weight is usually more than 80 grams, the fiber is coarse, the feel is rough, and there are small pinholes on the surface. The common weight of spunlace is under 80 grams, and the special weight is 120-250 grams, but very little. Spunless fabric feels fine and has a small spunless line in the longitudinal direction of the surface.
