Non-woven fabric is made by needle process, it can be used in various industries, such as sound insulation, heat insulation, electric heaters, masks, clothing, medical and filling materials, etc. Flame retardant effect.

1. Flame retardant The flame retardant effect of non-woven fabrics is achieved by adding flame retardants. For flame retardants used in nonwovens, they must meet the following conditions:

(1) low toxicity and long-lasting, which can make the product meet the requirements of flame retardant standards;

(2) good thermal stability, and low smoke, which can meet the requirements of non-woven fabrics;

(3) do not significantly reduce the original performance of non-woven fabrics;

(4) The price is very cheap, which helps to reduce costs.

2. There are two main ways to realize the flame retardant function of non-woven fabric:

(1) Add flame retardants with flame retardant function to fibers through polymer polymerization, blending, copolymerization, composite spinning and graft modification, etc.

(2) Apply flame retardant to the surface of the fabric or penetrate the fabric through the post-finishing process.

The use of non-woven fabrics provides more choices for people's lives. It can use small pores to purify the air and block bacteria and viruses.
