Non-woven adhesive interlining is also called hot melt interlining. It is a special auxiliary material used to reinforce and increase the elasticity of the inner layer of clothing, shoes and hats and to make the garment stiffer. The base consists of fabric and hot melt glue. The base fabric is usually a thin non-woven fabric made by chemical adhesive saturated impregnation method or hot rolling method; Types of hot melt adhesives include polyethylene, polyamide, copolyester, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, etc. Methods of applying hot melt adhesive to base fabric generally include powder removal method, powder point method and paste point method. The fiber raw material, hot melt adhesive type and its application method are selected according to the fabric fiber type and the adhesive lining position of the garment. Non-woven interlinings are low cost, small shrink and easy to use. They are mainly used for the front of tops and can also be used for partial fastenings such as plackets, collars, cuffs and pockets.
